How can I search in my own language instead of German?
Sometimes you remember the meaning of a word in your own language but not the German word. In that case, searching only in German is not enough.
Suggested workflow
- Open Browse, Collections, or Examples.
- Tap the language selector next to the search field.
- Choose whether German, the first translation language, or the second translation language should be searched first.
- Enter the meaning or word you remember.
Good to know
The first translation language is usually based on the phone language. A second translation language can be added when you want to compare two languages while learning German.
