Should I use Collections, Tags, or Themes?

The app offers several ways to group vocabulary. Choosing the right one prevents lists and notes from becoming messy.

Where to start

• Use Collections when you want a reusable word list for review or games.
• Use Tags when you want a personal searchable label inside Note and Tags.
• Use Themes when you want to filter by predefined topic areas.
• Use Games with a collection filter when the group should become practice material.

Good to know

A word can use more than one organization method. For example, it can belong to a collection and also have a personal tag.
