How do I keep the word menu from becoming too long?

When many collections exist, showing every collection directly in each word menu would make the menu hard to use.

Where to start

• Open Settings from the main menu.
• Go to Collections.
• Enable quick access for the collections you use all the time.
• Leave less frequent collections as submenu access.
• Use the Collections submenu from the word menu when needed.

Good to know

This setup keeps fast actions visible without hiding the full collection system. Collection colors still help identify assigned words in the list.
