How do I start a new Chat without losing the old one?
A learner may want to switch from one topic to another without mixing the conversations. Starting a new chat keeps the old one available.
Solution in the app
- Open Chat.
- Tap the new chat icon in the toolbar.
- Start the new conversation.
- Use chat history later if you want to restore an earlier conversation.
Good to know
Starting a new chat does not delete the old chat. Deleting is handled separately from the history menu.
