How do I look up a word on external websites?
Sometimes a learner wants to compare the app information with another dictionary, encyclopedia, inflection site, or search engine. External lookup avoids retyping the word.
Suggested workflow
- Open the lookup menu for the word, sentence, or search text.
- Choose Lookup web.
- Select one of the predefined resources or a configured custom resource.
- The resource opens in the internal browser with the selected text.

External websites may explain words differently. Use them as an additional reference, especially when you want context beyond the app’s word entry.
