Why does the Translator show more than one result?
A learner may expect one translation but receive several chips. This usually means the input can be understood in more than one way.
Suggested workflow
- Open Translator and review all translation chips.
- Read the explanation text below the chips.
- Open a chip lookup menu if you want to reverse translate or explore one result further.
- Use Examples or Chat if you need context before choosing.
Good to know
Several translations are a learning signal. They show that context matters and that the first chip is not automatically the only correct option.
