Why do I see no results although the word exists?
A search may look empty even when the word is in the app. This usually happens because the current view is filtered or because the search is being interpreted in another language.
Solution in the app
- Look below the toolbar for active filter chips.
- Remove chips with the X, or tap a chip to change its value.
- Check whether Recents mode is active and showing only recently opened words.
- Open the language selector and confirm the intended search language.
- Try the search again in Browse or Examples, depending on what you are looking for.
Good to know
Filters are available in several areas. Browse, Collections, Examples, and Games can all hide items when filters are active.
